You called because something is already in the walls, under the sink, or in the attic — Nex Pest Control sends a licensed technician who diagnoses the actual problem instead of guessing from a truck-side estimate.
Nex Pest Control technicians live and work around Fort Knox, which means the person inspecting your crawl space already knows how this soil and climate behave before they even open a toolbox.
Licensing isn't just a line on our website — it's checked, current, and something we'll show you on request before a single product goes down.
What keeps Nex Pest Control running in Fort Knox after all this time is unremarkable, honestly: we show up, we fix the actual problem, and we don't disappear if it comes back.
None of this replaces an actual on-site inspection, but knowing Fort Knox's pest patterns ahead of time means fewer wasted visits and faster answers for you.
Most Fort Knox service calls start with one small clue, not a full-blown infestation — catching it early is what keeps the job small.
One of these alone might be nothing. Two or three together, in the same week, usually means it's time to call rather than wait it out. A quick phone call and a same-day inspection usually costs less time and money than months of chasing symptoms with store-bought products.
Six service lines, one Fort Knox crew — here's what we're dispatched for most.
A wasp nest by the front door or a rodent sighting near a newborn's room doesn't wait for business hours — our Fort Knox emergency line is answered around the clock and dispatch is prioritized by risk, not by who called first. Weekend and holiday calls get routed the same way as a Tuesday afternoon call — there's no separate, slower queue for off-hours.
Standard residential service covers the everyday Fort Knox invaders — ants, roaches, spiders, silverfish — with an initial treatment and a recurring schedule that keeps pressure from building back up between visits. Plans can be adjusted mid-season if a Fort Knox property starts attracting something new — the schedule isn't locked once it's set.
Commercial Pest Control accounts get discreet placements and a paper trail — every visit logged, every finding reported, so you're never caught off guard by an inspector's question. Technicians can service before or after business hours so treatment never disrupts customers or staff.
A written wood-destroying organism report comes standard with every Fort Knox termite inspection, whether it's for an active concern or a real estate closing. Bait stations installed on the property get checked on a monitoring schedule, so new activity is caught early instead of at next year's visit.
We handle mice, rats, and the occasional squirrel or raccoon with humane methods and permanent exclusion work, not a one-and-done trap drop. Exclusion materials include hardware cloth, steel wool, and sealant rated for permanent structural gaps, not a temporary patch.
We'll flag chronic water sources on your Fort Knox property — a clogged gutter, an old planter — that keep re-seeding the population no matter how often we spray. A separate granular tick treatment along the yard perimeter can be bundled in for properties near wooded lots.
A short call to +1-844-564-2570 is usually all it takes to get a technician on the calendar. Tell dispatch what you've noticed and where — it helps us send a technician already prepared for the likely cause.
A technician walks the property, identifies what's actually there, and shows you the entry point. Inspection covers both interior hot spots and the exterior perimeter, not just the room where you noticed activity.
You'll see one flat number before any product goes down — no per-visit surprises later. Nothing gets billed that you haven't already agreed to in writing.
If anything's still active after the guarantee window, we're back at no extra charge. A written summary of what was treated and what to expect goes with you after every visit.
Every Fort Knox quote is written down and agreed to before any treatment begins, period. If something changes mid-visit, we stop and re-quote before continuing, rather than adjusting the bill after the fact.
Local dispatch means less drive time and more slots available for Fort Knox same-day calls. We keep routes tight across Fort Knox specifically so a same-day window is realistic, not just a marketing promise.
Every Fort Knox technician carries state licensing and our company's liability coverage — ask to see it at the door. Insurance coverage protects your property in the rare event something goes wrong — most companies won't tell you that upfront.
If the treated pest is still active after the guarantee window, we come back and re-treat at no charge. We'd rather absorb the cost of a re-treat than lose a Fort Knox customer's trust over a technicality.
True around-the-clock coverage means an urgent call at 2am gets the same response as one at 2pm. A dispatcher will help you determine if your situation genuinely needs same-hour response or can wait for standard scheduling.
Our technicians have inspected enough Fort Knox attics and crawl spaces to know what's typical for your street before they even arrive. It's the difference between a generic national script and a plan built around what actually happens in Fort Knox.
We put the guarantee in writing on every Fort Knox service agreement — if the pest we treated for is still active after the recommended window, we return and re-treat at no charge.
The terms are spoken plainly at time of service, so there's never a surprise when you call back about recurring activity. Ask any technician on our Fort Knox crew and they'll tell you the same thing — the guarantee exists so calling back is never a hassle.
